May 12- Start of Seven Sea Days
So we're on pirate watch.
Everybody hustled out of any room that has windows. But there is no air of concern.
After a couple of days, we entered a shipping channel where ships are supposed to be in close physical contact and we've seen some but still not
They have lots of activities going on all day but I've turned into a chronic non participant although happy to watch.

I haven't mastered the moves to dance to The Village People's YMCA . No way am I going to embarrass myself trying Bollywood moves.
There was a Mother's Day Brunch
but at this point, I might be fooded out.
They have jewellery making and water color art classes. I have been attending Spanish language classes although I'm still an under achiever.
Michael has been attending and enjoying afternoon sessions of Battle of the Sexes and reading a book on the Tudors that one of the other guests had given him.
I have yet to go into the pool. Just the thought of trying to shimmy out of a wet bathing suit, is enough to deter me.I'm happy to hang out on a lounge chair on the shady side of the ship and have spent quite a bit of time on my balcony, as well.
Pre pirate vigil, we had our nightly show on the pool deck. Warm but breezy.

I was afraid to video any of this guy's act because was unwilling to bring any extra attention to myself. Always terrified that I could be called up to the stage. Prepared to say, " ich spreche nur deutsch,"
Lots of his videos on YouTube.
This morning, we were in the Gulf of Aden, but now approaching the Red Sea. First bit of land and sand than we've seen in days. Not sure why, but I'm feeling excited. I was concerned about Bear...... thought that he was looking a little glum. But happy to report that he's looking more upbeat today.
